Elaine Zola Fisher was born in Muscatine, Iowa, on April 9, 1921, the daughter of Cornelius Richard Fisher and Gladys Marguerite Kline. She later moved to North Powder, Oregon, where she married Frank Rado Hanson on February 8, 1944. She died on October 8, 1991.
